Registration and guest nomination

The conference is open for members of the MPS and guests, including young scholars, nominated by the members. Guest nominations are made through the registration form. We welcome Young Scholars and academic guests in particular. Partners or spouses are considered as guests, and need to be nominated in this category.

See Call for Papers for Young Scholars. A special session will be organized on the afternoon prior to the main conference.

Registration for the MPS Special Meeting in Stockholm will close on October 15, 2017.

The registration fee covers all sessions, lunches and dinners. All prices include 25 percent VAT.

Please note that different registration rates apply for members, guests and young scholars. Early registration rates apply for registrations received on or before June 15^th.

Guests

5400 SEK (approximately 600 USD)  before June 15
6300 SEK (approximately 700 USD)  after June 15

Young Scholars*

2250 SEK (approximately 250 USD)

* Price reserved for 50 Young Scholars, defined as graduate or PhD students, Post-Docs and Professors 35 years old or younger.

Guest Nomination

In addition to members, approved guests are also most welcome to attend the Mont Pelerin Society meeting in Stockholm 2017. Each member may nominate two guests by using the web form on the registration site (one submission per nominated guest).

All nominations received will be sent to the Executive Committee of the Board of the Mont Pelerin Society for approval. Nominated guests will be notified via email once the Committee has made its decision. Only approved guests will be able to register themselves using the link above. Deadline for guest nominations is September 30, 2017.

Cancellation of registration

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference agency, Reachem. Please direct your cancellation email to: info@reachem.se.

Full refund will be given for cancellations if received on or before August 2 , 2017, thereafter 50 percent of the paid fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made after October 2, 2017. For name replacement we will charge a handling fee of SEK 200 for the name change.
