Eva Uddén Sonnegård, Ph.D. in Economics, conducts research on labor market issues at Ratio. Her studies focus on employment protection legislation, productivity, and wage formation.

She is also an affiliated researcher at the House of Governance and Public Policy at the Stockholm School of Economics and is involved in the Vinnova program SustGov (Sustainable Governance).

Previously, she has worked at Stockholm University, the Swedish Central Bank (Sveriges Riksbank), and the OECD delegation in Paris. From 2006 to 2010, Eva served as State Secretary at the Ministry of Employment.
