Sarah Schroeder is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Aarhus University and a Fellow at the Research Centre for Firms and Industry Dynamics (FIND). Her research explores how globalisation and technological change reshape labour markets, focusing on trade, FDI, and the impact of frontier technologies on firms and workers. She combines empirical analysis with theoretical modelling to examine how these forces influence wages, employment, and firms’ internationalisation decisions.
